On Monday, March 13th, the Oark Educators Rising Club attended Educator’s Day at the University of the Ozarks. This event provided prospective education majors a look into the Education program. Students signed and took a pledge to further their education in the state of Arkansas! 💜 Skyler and Destinee are both attending University of the Ozarks in the Fall! Thank you University of the Ozarks for your hospitality and for providing this opportunity for our students that are interested in entering the Education profession! We enjoyed being on campus!

3rd grade students worked in groups to create summaries of their reading stories. Each group had a different story and the group had to find the main idea and at least 3 key details to report back to the class! 😁

Third Grade surprised our bus drivers and reminded them that we think they are the sweetest ones around! They made a poster, typed them a note, and gave them a sweet treat. Thanks to all our bus drivers for getting our children safely to and from school! 🥰

Ms. Alderson and the 6th Grade class taught our Elementary students about the importance of reflecting on their learning! They gave real life examples of how they've reflected on their learning and provided encouragement for our students to do the same. Awesome job, 6th grade!!! 👏💜
