It has been brought to our attention that afternoon pickup is becoming a safety issue. Please remember that traffic is one way around the bus barn and on up to the front steps where your child will be waiting. The teachers will have the students ready for you when you pull up. Do not leave the lower parking lot and go against the flow of traffic to get ahead of the buses. This applies to students as well!
Another reminder....the use of cell phones in a school zone is prohibited by Arkansas statute 27-51-1609 (a) Except as provided under subsection (b) of this section, a driver of a motor vehicle shall not use a handheld wireless telephone while operating a motor vehicle when passing a school building or school zone during school hours when children are present and outside the building. Keeping everyone safe both morning and afternoon is our main goal. Thank you in advance for helping us achieve this! #YJP
